200 hr YTT – Live & Online!

Here it is— our labor of love! Putting it together has taught us so much and we are excited to share it with you!!

We are offering a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified Teacher Training that can be done 100% online!  This is a combination of pre-recorded materials along with ongoing live instruction.

  • Live sessions are hosted at Kula Yoga NSB for those choosing to attend in person.
  • Each training module will  be accessible in real-time via Zoom if you’d rather join us from home.
  • After each weekend module is complete, it will be available in an online learning format for you to access anytime.
  • There are also weekly live Zoom sessions with us every week included.
  • Upon certification, you may register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). Online completion must be by 12/31/2021 for YA registration.

A 200 hour yoga teacher training is an introduction to the many practices of yoga and how we can use these in our everyday lives to bring ourselves into our most beneficial alignment—energetic alignment within the body around the breath to calibrate the mind and the nature of our thoughts.  We bridge mysticism to science,  asana to physics, subtle energy body studies to medicine and bring ancient philosophy into modern living.

As this is an investment that aligns the trajectory of the rest of your life. It is worth what you put into it. It requires a dedication of time, study, and practice to get the full benefit of the teachings.
