Seated Forward Fold or Sandwich

Sitting with the legs straight out in front of us. Our legs are the bottom piece of bread while the arms are the top. Load your sandwich up with all your favorite toppings! For Sandwich twists, seated with the arms our to your sides parallel the ground, twist to each side reaching for a sandwich topping, bring back to center and chop, chop, chop, or squish, squish, squish! Reach arms up high to place bread on tip of sandwich.
