Hatha Yoga is a practice of duality, in which we line our bodies in asanas in order to create opposition while breathing. “Ha” translates to sun and “tha” translates to moon. So we experience the direct and subtle energies of the body, the yang and yin, the asana and pranayama. This aligns the mind, body, and breath through practice of postures and breath.
