This workshop hosted by Jeff & Michele Fedora, ERYT200-RYT500s of Flying Beach Yoga offers a gentle practice in which we place the body in a variety of yoga postures that are completely supported by props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets. This creates optimal conditions so that we can really learn to let go, quiet our busy minds, and rest our weary muscles. All done with guided meditations and meditative sounds offered in 432 hZ tuning. These natural frequencies align the body, mind, and breath with the universe around us.
To prepare for the workshop:
Show up live or via zoom in comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, some water to drink, and blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, and towels. Prepare to be still and supported. The studio has a limited supply of props to loan out. If you are at home, any couch cushions, throw pillows, and belts will suffice.
Kula Yoga NSB is located at 107 Magnolia St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168, United States. Please arrive a few minutes early to find parking. If there is no parking in front of the studio, there is additional parking on Canal Street and across Canal Street in the public parking lot.
This workshop is valid for 2 CEUs for Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers upon completion.
