Description:
The 8 Limbs of Yoga Workshop offered by Jeff & Michele Fedora ERYT200-RYT500s, YACEPs, is a 2 hour workshop to learn about the many facets of yoga and how to integrate them into our everyday lives for maximum benefit and alignment for our own internal health as well as how it relates to our relationship of everything outside of us. This is a yoga offering that goes beyond asana where we look at the other 7 limbs as outlined by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras. The 8 fold path or Raja Yoga is one of many paths of yoga, and the one most widely practiced throughout the world. We will review the paths available to us while emphasizing this popular 8 Limbed approach to yoga.
To prepare for the workshop:
Show up live or via zoom in comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, some water to drink, and something to take notes on as this will be a combination of classroom type learning as well as physical asana practice followed by discussion.
Kula Yoga NSB is located at 107 Magnolia St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168, United States. Please arrive a few minutes early to find parking. If there is no parking in front of the studio, there is additional parking on Canal Street and across Canal Street in the public parking lot.
This workshop is valid for 2 CEUs for Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers upon completion.
