Because space is limited and accommodations are reserved in advance, deposits are non-refundable. Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps, payment schedule, and retreat details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To keep the retreat intimate and to honor the commitments we make to our retreat home and providers, please review our policy carefully before reserving your spot:
Deposit: The $250 retreat deposit is non-refundable and secures your place at the retreat.
Balance Payments: Remaining retreat payments are due 30 days prior to retreat.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 60 days prior may receive a refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made within 60 days of retreat start are non-refundable, as we are unable to fill the space on short notice.
Transfer Option: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (friend or family member) at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing.
Retreat Cancellation by Hosts: In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat (due to unforeseen circumstances), all payments including deposits will be refunded in full.
