Neurodivergent Yoga

Neurodivergent Yoga at Radiant Minds Academy

A safe space to move, breathe, and be your authentic self.

Kula Yoga Kids partners with Radiant Minds Academy to offer a specialized yoga class designed exclusively for their neurodivergent students, ages 11–21. Guided by the Kula Wellness Framework™, each class blends yoga, breathing techniques, mindfulness, sensory-friendly movement, social-emotional learning, relaxation, and cooperative activities to help students build lifelong wellness skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Every class is thoughtfully adapted to honor each student’s individual abilities, learning style, and sensory needs. No prior yoga experience is required — students are encouraged to participate at their own pace while celebrating personal growth, resilience, and joy.
